PROFESSIONAL MEMBER
or A$350/year incl. GST (two months free)
International members: GST-free. Price shown applies to Australian members.
What you get each month
An executive briefing (about 2,500 words) on a critical theme, written for people who brief boards or make the decision. Plus template library access: board risk reports, audit terms of reference, resilience frameworks and crisis playbooks.
Each quarter
A research report (8,000+ words) of substantive analysis, a live masterclass (recorded) on board reporting, crisis decision-making or capital-project risk, and a member Q&A session.
Ongoing
A growing archive of past briefings and member portal access.
Membership is published frameworks and methodology. Questions specific to your own organisation are scoped as an engagement. Templates are yours to use; reviewing your completed template is an engagement.

Price locked for the life of your membership.
International members: GST-free. Open to the first 150 members only.
Everything in Professional Member, plus:
- ✓ Founding rate locked for life, regardless of future price changes
- ✓ Quarterly founding-member briefing call (group format, on published method)
- ✓ Priority access to new products
- ✓ Founding-member recognition
The founding-member call covers published frameworks and methodology. A member's own organisational situation is always an engagement, not a membership inclusion. The cohort is capped at 150; when full, membership continues at the standard rate.
Join as Founding MemberFirst 150 places only. No countdown, no pressure.
ORGANISATION ACCESS
/ year incl. GST, up to 5 seats
International organisations: GST-free. Additional seats on request.
Includes for each seat holder:
- ✓ Everything in Professional Member
- ✓ Annual team briefing presented internally
- ✓ Invoice-based billing for procurement
- ✓ Named account contact for administrative queries
The team briefing covers published frameworks, not a bespoke assessment of your organisation. The account contact handles administrative queries, not advisory. The organisation's own risk position is an engagement.
EnquireADVISORY RETAINER
/ month incl. GST • limited to 6 concurrent retainers
International clients: GST-free. Each retainer is individually scoped and confirmed in writing before it begins.
The bridge between membership and engagement:
- ✓ Defined advisory hours per month
- ✓ Scope and format confirmed in writing
- ✓ Senior practitioner access on an ongoing basis
- ✓ Work beyond scope available at the standard engagement rate
Advisory hours are defined and capped. Subject matter is bounded to the agreed scope. The retainer is advisory access, not unlimited delivery, and it is not a panel seat or a standing endorsement.
Start a ConversationAdd a 30-minute scoping call with Tony Ridley to your order, to scope a board paper, a duty-of-care position, or a definitions or competency review. One-off, no ongoing commitment.
Membership questions
Who is this for?
Risk and security professionals who need practitioner-grade content beyond frameworks and theory. Executives and board members who need actionable analysis. Legal and compliance teams on risk matters. Organisations that want a structured advisory relationship.
Does membership include advice on my own situation?
No. Membership is published frameworks, analysis and methodology. Questions specific to your own organisation are scoped as an engagement, so the advice stays independent and the work stays defensible.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled before the next billing date with no further charge. Annual memberships run to the end of the paid period and will not renew if cancelled.
How do I get access?
Once your membership is confirmed you receive member portal access at riskmanagement.odoo.com, and content is available immediately. Billing is by Stripe, with invoice on request for organisations.
Nothing here is priced by the hour. Membership buys reusable knowledge: frameworks, briefings and method you can apply yourself, maintained and current. Engagements buy a carried, defensible position that survives scrutiny, and the capability to run it afterwards. You are buying the outcome that holds when tested, never hours and never a discount.
