These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at riskmanagement.odoo.com (the site), operated by Tony Ridley (we, us, our). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms work together with our Privacy Notice, our Disclaimer, and, if you hold a paid membership, our Membership Terms.
1. Who we are
The site is operated from Australia by Tony Ridley, providing enterprise risk, security and resilience commentary, research and membership content. You can contact us at info@risk-management.au.
2. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any accounts
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content except as expressly permitted
- introduce malicious code, or use the site to transmit it
3. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on the site, including articles, briefings, downloadable tools, text, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and read content for your own personal, non-commercial use.

4. Member content and downloadable tools
Where you access members-only content or download tools, templates or checklists, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that material for your own internal or professional use. 6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw all or part of the site, including any content or membership feature, at any time. Where a change materially affects a paid membership, the Membership Terms set out how we will handle it.
7. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party websites and use third-party services (for example, payment processing and analytics). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
