What does a typical engagement look like?

Engagements are scoped to the specific situation, not drawn from a pre-packaged methodology. Most begin with a scoping conversation to establish the problem, the decision being made, and the standard of defensibility required.

Payments and renewals. Memberships are recurring and renew automatically until cancelled, as set out in the Membership Terms. Payments are processed by Stripe and card details are not stored by us.

GST and currency. Prices are in Australian dollars. For Australian customers, prices include GST where it applies; for customers outside Australia, sales are treated as GST-free.

Refunds. A seven-day money-back guarantee applies to your first membership payment. Ask within seven days of that payment and it is refunded in full, with no reasons required.

Downloads are recorded against your member account. The guarantee does not apply where more than ten separate items have been downloaded, because the material has been supplied. This limit does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not excluded, restricted or modified by these terms.

Consumer guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
