These terms apply to purchases and memberships made through riskmanagement.odoo.com. Your purchase is governed by our full terms:

Payments and renewals. Memberships are recurring and renew automatically until cancelled, as set out in the Membership Terms. Payments are processed by Stripe and card details are not stored by us.

GST and currency. Prices are in Australian dollars. For Australian customers, prices include GST where it applies; for customers outside Australia, sales are treated as GST-free.

Refunds. A seven-day money-back guarantee applies to your first membership payment, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
